I adored my stay at this hotel! The rooms were lovely, clean, and spacious, offering a view of the Cathedral. While they tended to have some kitchen smells, they were overall very comfortable. My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms, although not the twin as ordered but double, were comfortable with excellent air conditioning and showers. The free airport transfer on the way back made up for this inconvenience. The service was exceptional, particularly Zenky who really looked after me. The location was wonderful, nestled in the nicest little street in the Old Quarter near the Cathedral. The dining experience offered a good selection of fresh fruits and a mix of Western and Vietnamese dishes. The facilities were secure and easy to walk everywhere in central Hanoi.
